We had an emergency gas leak. Kody Smith was our tech and he did an excellent job. Friendly and thorough. He showed me all his work and work tests. Another winner experience with Welzig!

Had a great experience with Welzip installing a new Bryant furnace with a humidifier this week. The installers Logan and Roberto are very experienced and knowledgeable about all aspects of the appliance and installation. And they were super friendly. They asked questions whenever there was a decision like where we wanted the thermostat located, and a new duct that was added. They listened and responded to any concerns. They went the extra mile to install the bipass-type humidifier we requested. Everyone said it couldn't be done, but Roberto did it! Thank you Roberto. They cleaned up afterward and left barely a trace. Even though he had put in a long day, Logan stayed and walked us through everything they did and how to operate the system, how to change the filter, when to get service, etc. Thank you Logan! They started late at 9:45 am because we asked them to, but stayed until around 7 pm in order to finish in one day. Cassie and Amy in the office have also been great. Very knowledgeable and responsive. It' a pleasure doing business with Welzig. Great service at a fair price. Highly recommended. Can't say enough good things about Welzig!

Jake Davies was great! He came quickly (same day) to handle a concerning burning smell and sound. He had to maneuver through our yucky crawl space and did it with no complaints! He was thorough in his explanation and very personable. We appreciate you, Jake!
